Acting as a customer service representative, attending daily meetings to accommodate any additional demands or changes. Overseeing warehouse management to maintain updated stock control systems and ensure inventory accuracy. Implementing cost control measures within project cost centers to optimize quality while minimizing expenses. Maintaining effective communication with sales, marketing, and finance teams to facilitate accurate planning and forecasting. Analyzing data and making informed decisions to support raw material supply and finished goods demand. Collaborating with shop floor management to resolve manufacturing efficiency issues and fulfill additional information requests. Proposing and implementing innovations in collaboration with the IT team, such as automated reports and program modifications.
