• Managing a portfolio of Meta’s APAC infrastructure with 20+ PoPs (point of presence) across 10+ counties, serving over 100+TB of egress at peak and 1.27B monthly active users across Meta’s family of apps. • Leading the cross functional development on a 5-10 year infra roadmap and displayed strong ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into technical solutions, covering all aspects of infra from Edge, Backbone, Subsea, Connectivity and the corresponding country policy strategies. Presented to VP level leaders quarterly on long-term APAC infra strategy and awarded the Quarterly Network Investment Program Award. • Leading the regional evaluation and sourcing strategies of Colocation for AI hyperscale, GPU and CDN infrastructure for next-gen applications. Partnered closely with Colo Sourcing, Space and Power, Finance, Legal teams etc. on Statement of Work (SOW) generation, evaluation and contract execution on Colo agreements. Communicated progress clearly and systematically tailored for stakeholders’ needs. • Leading the development of standardized Program Management artifacts on Program Charter, RACI chart, Program Tracker, Risk Registers, Decision Registers, Project Schedule, Communication Plan, Project Plan, Project Closure and handoff documents etc. Developed budgets and funding proposals for annual hardware spending on IP, Optical and Compute servers.

• Managed programs within Alexa Language Technologies to make Alexa more personal, intelligent and conversational. • Managed Natural Language Understanding programs including Alexa-FireTV integration, SmartHome integration for Sonos, Logitech remote etc, and follow-up Mode, a feature that enables fluid, conversational interactions with Alexa without using wakeword.

• Worked closely with Network Fabric managers, Data Center / Leased site technicians, Capacity Planning, Hardware Supply Chain, Finance, and internal customers to initiate, plan, execute / control and handoff network upgrade and expansion projects to meet capacity demands. • Lead TPM for all Optical and DWDM planning and deployments for all the AWS Availability Zones in the U.S East Coast region. • Developed and managed project schedules using Microsoft Project and Brightworks, identified risks and clearly communicated them to project stakeholders, defined risk mitigation strategies, and facilitated conflict resolution through the full project cycle.

• Managed a portfolio of 140+ data center programs with combined financial and supply forecast model detailing capital investment of USD $450M+ over multiple fiscal years, enabling Microsoft to stay ahead of the capacity demands from different product groups like XBOX, Office365 and Bing. • Managed two direct reports of Program managers, to drive data center deployment programs so strategic programs can be prioritized. • Worked closely with Network Engineering teams in different geographic locations to perform resource planning to accurately plan, forecast and assign resources for current and upcoming network deployment projects under limited engineering resources.
