Recognized and leveraged a facility incident information sharing and report system which expanded to a corporate-wide enterprise system. Collaborated with Directors of Manufacturing and an ergonomic team to implement a corporate-wide ergonomic assessment methodology for current company. Led a team to select a quantitative method to assess workstations and tasks and implemented the method at all locations. As a result of this effort, the company’s ergonomic injury rate decreased by more than 50%.
