A mechanical engineering professional with over twenty years in an OEM environment. Experienced technical leadership, product development and testing, and global engineering collaboration (India, China, Germany, USA, and Canada). Since 2008 I have been the technical lead for new product development in marine ballast water treatment that prevents invasive species migration. I provided the technical alignment for a mechanical design team of up to 12 resources on two continents. Colleagues know me as someone who can be trusted to listen to all sides of a challenge and then ask probing questions to find optimal solutions. I connect cross functional colleagues to improve customer focus and facilitate process improvement.
