Starting my career in 2019 as an office assistant, I’ve consistently demonstrated dedication, adaptability, and a passion for continuous improvement — which has led to my current role at K-Electric as a Data Processing Officer. My responsibilities include handling consumer billing and appliance data using SAP S/4HANA, assisting in detecting discrepancies and supporting operational integrity. I bring attention to detail, process efficiency, and a proactive mindset to every task. I hold a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) with a CGPA of 3.67. My research thesis focused on how Big Data enables Supply Chain Agility to reduce the bullwhip effect in the textile industry of Pakistan, equipping me with in-depth insight into supply chain dynamics and digital transformation trends. Learned Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Xd and Adobe InDesign from Youtube just for fun, My goal is to leverage my academic background and professional experience to grow into a strategic role in finance or operations, contributing to data-driven decision-making and organizational success.
