Purchasing Supervisor  Purpose of Role To ensure effective management, control and development of the supply-chain, procurement of materials and services, negotiating cost reductions and implementation of contracts with suppliers. Defining the sourcing strategy to ensure continuity of supply of materials to meet production and NPI plans. Implementation of effective logistics models with suppliers to service optimally the internal manufacturing and customers requirements.  SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES & KEY TASKS • Handling overseas supplier and some local supplier. • Negotiate purchases to ensure lowest cost consistent with company standards for quality products • Continually research alternate sources for products in order to ensure the most competitive pricing • Verified purchase requisitions by comparing items requested to master list and clarified unclear items • Ensure that members monitor all purchase orders sent to suppliers with corresponding confirmation. • Provide weekly and monthly reports to management to measure the group’s periodic performance. • Provide manpower development through training that will enhance the capabilities of each member. • Ensure that members attend to ECN meetings and accomplish the activities required to implement the ECN. • Forwarded available inventory items by verifying stock; scheduling delivery,Obtained purchased items by forwarding orders to suppliers; monitored and expediting orders. • Analyze PO Balance (outstanding PO) to control PO accuracy for Semiconductor item • Sourcing of materials to meet NPI requirements • Involvement with New Product Introduction (NPI) into production and ensuring materials deliverables • Conducting audits with the quality/engineering team at suppliers of processes and systems with risk assessment • and improvement action plans & verification plans. Documentation of visit reports and co-ordination • improvement actions.

1. Handling CSR   -handling overseas customers which are Japan, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, USA and European base  that inclusive order receiving, processing into system, production and shipment scheduling until parts arrive at customer premises. Listen to customers questions and concerns, and provide answers or  responses Take orders, calculate charges and process billing or payments and upload forecast (if have forecast) Review or make changes to customers 2. Handling Planner   a.Planner Production  - Plan production task and schedules according to customer orders - Monitor the execution of production plan and resolve any potential issues in a timely fashion -Investigate production problem, analyse root causes and provide solution  -Analyse back orders, current orders and upcoming orders to prioritize, plan and schedule the production   operations  -Plan equipment, material and manpower requirements to execute the job orders  -Monitor production progress and ensure that final product meets quality standard and customer specifications  - Analyse delays and interruption and accordingly adjust production schedule to meet deadline. b. Planner Material  - Raise Purchase orders from MRP system ensuring timely placement and delivery of components in line with production planning requirements.  - Expedite and reschedule open purchase orders to suit production planning requirements.  - Interact with production planner and sales to understand demand forecast drivers. - Use and maintain MRP data as the primary planning system.  - Provide input in developing departmental strategies for inventory on existing items, new product introduction and phase outs -Working with demand and forecast incorporating current and accurate information to allow the company to correctly predict customer demand and provide supply chain with appropriate information to allow planning on how to meet demand. -Improved relationships among production planners

● Production Planner Monitoring production rates and raw material prices, contacting vendors and checking inventories. Plans and prepares production schedules for manufacture of industrial or commercial products: Draws up master schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipping dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders. Analyzes production specifications and plant capacity data and performs mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, tools, and human resource requirements. Plans and schedules workflow for each department and operation according to previously established manufacturing sequences and lead times. Plans sequence of fabrication, assembly, installation, and other manufacturing operations for guidance of production workers. Confers with department supervisors to determine status of assigned projects. Expedites operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions. May prepare lists of required materials, tools, and equipment. May prepare purchase orders to obtain materials, tools, and equipment.

● Cashier &  Administration Accurately and efficiently operate cash registers. Ensure that there is sufficient cash in the cash drawer. Maintain correct cash balances at cash registers. Administration (Journal Printing & Calculation, Ledger, entery data, negotiation price,  Data Updating) Assist with the annual audit. Ensure data is entered into the system. Ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered into the computerized accounting system.
