* “Content merchant platform” - development of content merchant platform, which provides travel agencies with hotels content for bookings and accounting support. * Main responsibilities: * Constant communication with stakeholders and subject matter experts * Requirements elicitation and documentation * Development and support of product roadmap * Backlog maintain and prioritization * Facilitation of internal/external discussions for problems solving and defining optimal solutions * Defining the scope of works for future development iterations.

* Take part in IT Processes implementation project (Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management and Configuration Management) in accordance with ITIL recommendations: * Design and development of documentation for IT processes and procedures implementation (processes description, work instructions, testing plans); * Preparing and conducting teaching/consulting trainings for Bank staff involved in IT processes/procedures; * Since August 2009 take responsibility for IT processes methodological maintenance and improvement – identification of processes execution problems and propose appropriate solutions which suite current management requirements; * Design and control of service level agreements (SLA) execution – interaction with business departments and IT services maintenance units for detecting and agreement of services quality requirements and support conditions; * Preparing and publishing periodical reports by key performance indicators (KPI's) of IT systems and services.
