• Ensure effective execution, coordination and oversight of commercial construction projects across the Greater Toronto Area • Develop and work within set budgets and schedules based on client specifications and requirements on various scopes of work; including but not limited to Architectural, Structural, MEP and Communications divisions • Prepare and implement project plans to meet objectives, budget, and deadlines • Ensure accuracy of project document and record management • Apply change management practices to assess change proposals, present recommendations, and secure client approvals • Conduct routine evaluations on trade performance and contract conformance • Perform continuous analysis of project budget and schedule • Chair meetings with senior management, site staff, consultant teams, and clients • Engage and direct the efforts of team members, third party contractors and/or consultants as needed to deliver projects on schedule and within budget; ensuring that the project team understands all aspects of the prime contract relating to their respective responsibilities • Communicate with clients and/or their representatives throughout the project lifecycle. • Coordinate and perform progress visits and site inspections to ensure superior quality and conformance of the work performed • Ensure client satisfaction throughout the lifecycle of the project

• Coordinate and oversee field activities of mid-rise and high-rise apartment building common area and unit renovation and modernization in an assigned portfolio of properties across Ontario • Participate in the design process, providing budget, schedule and constructability input based on client specifications and requirements on various scopes of work; including but not limited to Architectural, Structural, MEP and Communications divisions • Prepare and execute project plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule • Manage and maintain project records to include budgets, schedules, submittals, specifications, operations, and maintenance manuals and drawings • Assess change requests, make recommendations, procure client approvals, and issue change notices • Conduct performance, contract conformance, schedule, and budget evaluations • Head meetings with senior management, site staff, consultant teams, and clients • Create and lead presentations to senior management and both prospective and existing clients • Participate in the procurement and evaluation of subcontractors • Engage and direct the efforts of team members, third party contractors and/or consultants as needed to deliver projects on schedule and within budget; ensuring that the project team understands all aspects of the prime contract relating to their respective responsibilities • Communicate with prospective and existing clients and/or their representatives during opportunity development and throughout the project lifecycle • Coordinate and perform progress visits and inspections to ensure superior quality and conformance of the work performed

• Prepare estimates by calculating complete takeoff of scope of work, based on proficiently reading working drawings; including but not limited to Architectural, Civil-Structural, Mechanical, Electrical and Communications divisions • Prepare accurate and timely full cost estimates for projects, including materials and labor • Maintain plans, specifications, estimates, subcontracts, and reports; ensuring latest issues are on file

• Prepare estimates by calculating complete takeoff of scope of work, based on proficiently reading working drawings; including but not limited to Architectural, Civil-Structural, MEP and Communications divisions • Prepare accurate and timely full cost estimates for projects, including materials and labor • Maintain plans, specifications, estimates, subcontracts, and reports; ensuring latest issues are on file • Manage change order processes, including pricing, negotiating, processing, and assessing cost and schedule impact • Assist in planning, preparing, and updating work schedules and executing construction activities including on-site supervision of crews and related equipment • Create and lead presentations to senior management and clients • Participate in and chair pre-construction and management meetings • Coordinate and perform site progress visits to ensure quality and conformance of the work

• Supervise reconstruction projects for residential and commercial properties following a disaster remediation • Provide timely service that is responsive to the client’s urgent needs • Create and coordinate budgets and scope of work with the client and client's insurance company • Coordinate, perform and monitor project progress and adherence to contractor quality plan and work plan • Establish effective communication between all construction professionals and client • Conduct site walk-throughs, progress, and quality inspections • Perform on-site supervision and management of trade crews and equipment

• Manage construction projects from pre-bid pricing/cost estimating phase (via blueprint drawing analysis and field assessments) to post-construction phases (including new construction, renovations, and tenant improvement and/or rental turnovers) • Plan, coordinate and oversee construction projects in residential and commercial sectors • Review contractor submissions for conformance with the contract documents • Assist in negotiation of terms of agreements, drafting contracts and proposing reasonable budgets • Participate in management meetings with senior management, site staff, and clients • Create and lead various types of presentations to senior management, as well as prospective and existing clients • Develop and review management processes for performing field oversight observations and verifications of the quality plan and work plan • Coordinate and conduct site walk-throughs and progress visits, ensuring quality work and contractor conformance • Provide on-site/off-site supervision and management of crews and related equipment • Build positive working relationships with and between clients and construction professionals

• Specify products and equipment for architectural and industrial coatings • Provide product support for Specialty Wood Finishes and industrial protective coatings • Inspect for proper application of coatings and troubleshoot any product failures
