Intern for a one year contract in Groupe Pilote SAS. Main Mission : New implementation of the productions lines of Camping-Car in the factory Why ? Due to the high demand of Camping-Car in Europe, the Groupe Pilote SAS need to produce more Camping-car, with the same quality. Project Management : Creation of the new workplaces with the operators and GAP Leaders Team Management : Collaboration with all the entity of the company like the engineering and logistic department. Industrial Organization : 3D model and creation of the intern flows. Lean Manufacturing : Deployment of lean methods with GAP Leaders like indicators of fabrication and 5S.

Management of flows and space storage in SDPR Nantes. Set up a new storage system : Creation of multi box references to earn space inside the logistic areas. Adjustment of multiples commands : Modification on SAP of multiples commands on some references to change the supplying.
