Manager exp- 10+yrs. • Planning – Facilitate meeting with Hiring Managers’ and accordingly strategize and prepare Hiring Plan. • Hiring - Overall management of the entire Recruitment cycle from understanding the requirements, sourcing validating resumes and eliminating the risk of hiring the wrong candidate, preliminary interviews, salary negotiations, finalization of candidates,, handling joining formalities to exit interview of the employee. • Setup Structures for measuring Weekly, Monthly and Yearly MIS Reports, No Show Analysis. • Metrics - Acceptance rate, Hit Ratio, Shortlist Ratio, selection Ratio, TAT Ratio, Average time to join. • Vendor Management - Extensive interaction with recruitment vendors on aspects of targets & performance reviews, • Team Handling - Responsible and accountable for the teams’ target achievements in terms of number of hiring within the required budgetary specifications as well as monitoring the team performance on operational basis and mentoring them in various areas to enable them to work independently. • Involved in Induction, Employee Satisfaction, Training & development, Performance Management, Exit formalities. Recruitment/Resourcing: • Hands on experience in Global hiring (UK, Europe, US, Canada, Australia & India). • Managing the complete recruitment life cycle for sourcing to on-boarding the best talent from diverse sources across global. • Utilized AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot Hired score) for sourcing, candidate engagement, and screening automation. • Identifying manpower requirements through skills identification and mapping for articulating the skills requirement and gap analysis. Handling Employee Referrals and Alumni employees. • Competency mapping , Recruitment Strategy, Strategic sourcing. • Worked across Talent Acquisition, Management, Scalability, Development, and Utilization.
