* Provide leadership in supporting users of technology within the University of Calgary community and in the adoption of a sound and ITIL compliant Incident Management process. * Identify, interpret, and records all migration-related problems reported by users while conducting analysis on incoming requests for trends and take appropriate action to ensure service expectations are met. * Respond to daily issues arising from MS Program Migrations and resolved over 95% of those issues by the following business day. * Deliver training and present in workshops aimed at Migration Support Technicians and faculty leads. * Provide hands-on support to the user community and faculty IT technicians supporting migration. * Assist the Microsoft Practice Manager with developing project plans and project scheduling.

* Various short term projects including: * Preparing and re-mediating Privacy Impact Assessment applications to the Alberta Privacy Commissioner on behalf of various medical clinics. * Providing network and security consultation for medical clinic startups. * Providing policy and procedures in accordance to the Health Information Act. * Conducting business and product readiness assessment for a wireless startup in Mexico including Point to Multipoint and WiFi applications. * Providing wireless path profiles and alternate access opportunity assessments to the University of Calgary.
