Roisin Harkin

As a Designer and Product Developer at Hera Clothing, I lead the creation of elevated, trend-driven women's apparel that merges streetwear aesthetics with premium craftsmanship. My role bridges design vision with product execution across womenswear and menswear ranges—delivering collections that not only align with Hera’s brand identity but also meet the demands of a style-conscious audience. Previously, I specialised in performance-focused activewear as a Product Designer at Silverback Gymwear, where I developed functional gymwear for diverse fitness communities. Prior to that, I refined my skills at Speedo as a Junior Designer, contributing to globally recognised swimwear collections. With a strong foundation in design—from sketching and Adobe Creative Suite to pattern cutting, garment construction, and PLM systems—I bring a well-rounded approach to every stage of the product lifecycle. I hold a BA in Fashion/Apparel Design from Birmingham City University, and my work is driven by a balance of creativity, technical knowledge, and market awareness. I’m passionate about designing products that are both meaningful and commercially impactful—pieces that empower the wearer and represent the brand with authenticity.
