Selected Enterprise AI Platforms & Transformation Programs Enterprise Contact Center AI (CCAI) – Led 20+ omnichannel AI deployments across Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, and Manufacturing, driving automation of voice, chat, and digital channels while improving customer experience, resolution speed, and operating efficiency. Digital Eyes (AI Risk Intelligence SaaS) – Conceptualized and built a computer vision–enabled risk inspection platform delivering real-time risk scoring, underwriting insights, and loss prevention capabilities for distributed enterprise operations. ECIM (AI Regulatory Signals Platform) – Designed and launched an AI-first compliance intelligence platform for global pharmaceutical manufacturing, automating regulatory signal detection, compliance tracking, and operational risk mitigation. Secure Azure (Cyber Governance Framework) – Architected a cloud-native cybersecurity observability and governance framework on Microsoft Azure, integrating real-time threat monitoring, analytics, and compliance controls for regulated enterprises. GENIE (Conversational AI SaaS Platform) – Built a scalable enterprise conversational AI platform focused on intelligent email automation within contact center environments, improving service accuracy, response time, and workforce productivity. Enterprise AI Accelerators & Agentic Frameworks – Developed reusable AI accelerators across data governance, orchestration, and AI lifecycle management to enable scalable, compliant, enterprise-grade AI and agentic architectures.

Chainworks was formed in 2017 with a single mission to enable the adoption of Blockchain in Enterprise (Training, Advisory, Development and IP Frameworks), while serving the needs of the nascent ICO industry (Advisory and Development Services). Our experience precedes the company formation by 5 years and we have watched the industry shift from Bitcoin as a store of value to the Blockchain Protocols(s) that it has spawned.

• Head & Spokesperson for Oracle MDM leading global outbound strategy, operations and vertical/specialized MDM Hubs for Oracle’s MDM product portfolio. Pivotal and one of the two original leaders to take the portfolio from a few millions dollars to a billions dollars in enterprise value in license and maintenance fees over 7.5 years. Headed business operations, global partner alliances with 75+ SI’s ranging from boutique consulting outfits to Big-4 consulting firms, pioneered strategic product co-development to accelerate innovation to market. Also created & owned processes for joint go-to-market, global customer advisory board with 70+ Fortune 500 customers executives on-board, vertical products, sales enablement & training, deal support etc. • Conceptualization, business case preparation, stakeholder Management, team building and direct product management through General Availability (GA) of several new Oracle products including Supplier Hub, Site Hub, Higher Education Constituent Hub etc. • Prolific conference/Keynote speaker at various regional and global conferences (Gartner, Oracle Open World, TDWI, Oracle Regional User Groups etc.)

• Led the North American Technology Projects Portfolio in Financial Services for Oracle Consulting Services (OCS). A portfolio of $35MM+ dollars • Directly program managed the largest technology program at Citigroup to this date (2007) for Oracle at 42% margin. A distinction that earned me Oracle’s Top 1% performer in North America in over 130,000 employees and the best Consulting Director award • Managed PeopleSoft EPM Midwest region consulting practice (clients – Exelon, Allianz, Bandag etc.) • Ran dozens of enterprise data management strategy and road mapping workshops in Fortune 1000 customer base, data warehousing strategist, data mining, predictive analytics and real-time recommendation engines, customer data integration, data warehouse development methodology

• Conceptualized and built a data warehousing practice for this boutique consulting firm with a $6.5 MM practice revenue and 35 consultants at its peak with a 35% gross margin
