During the Ergonomic Group, Inc project, I led the troubleshooting and resolution of Coupa–NetSuite integration issues, ensuring accurate synchronization of supplier, PO, and invoice data while stabilizing end-to-end procurement workflows. I supported the configuration and validation of Coupa catalog management and ensured reliable, compliant PO and invoice transmission through cXML and API integrations. As a Coupa subject matter expert, I performed a holistic assessment of the client’s Coupa environment, provided clear recommendations for workflow and integration enhancements, and developed both short-term and long-term roadmaps to guide future improvements. I also documented all fixes, configurations, SOPs, and operational procedures to enable internal ownership and sustainable platform governance.

Led Coupa–Oracle EBS and SAP integrations for Procure-to-Pay workflows, including supplier onboarding, PO/invoice sync, and compliance automation. Designed SIM workflows, automated supplier validations via D&B, and built monitoring tools for ERP–Coupa data accuracy. Streamlined sourcing workflows with Ariba–Coupa touchpoints and configured risk-based approvals for high-value contracts.

Managed Coupa end-user support, ERP rollouts, and integrations with SAP and procurement systems. Implemented over 100 custom approval chains, automated system reports, and introduced cost-saving initiatives like Coupa Supplier Network invoicing and SCAN1 integration. Delivered user training, sandbox testing, and supplier coordination for smooth procurement operations.

Supported Coupa–SAP S/4HANA and Oracle EBS integrations, ensuring real-time synchronization of supplier, PO, and invoice data. Configured SIM forms, approval chains, and invoice validation rules while testing APIs with Postman. Played a key role in ERP migration projects, created UAT test cases, and facilitated stakeholder workshops for procurement and AP teams.

Administered Coupa platform (user roles, permissions, form configurations) and managed integrations with SAP S/4HANA, Oracle EBS, and middleware. Designed SIM forms with conditional logic, configured process automators, and executed UAT, regression, and integration testing. Ensured SOX compliance, secure API authentication, and monitored interface failures for seamless procurement operations.
