Somewhere between helping people grow and making a meaningful impact with my work, I found my calling in L&D. My focus was never on creating learning programs, it was to create experiences that make people stop, think, and reflect. Because let’s be honest, nobody remembers the modules, but they do remember the conversations that made them feel something. Over the years, I’ve worked with incredible teams to design learning strategies that go beyond checklists - ones that inspire growth, spark curiosity, and create a lasting impact on both people and businesses. I thrive in rooms where ideas spark, where people grow, and where conversations turn into action. Also, if there’s one thing I believe in - it’s that learning should never feel like a chore.
