I’m an engineering leader focused on driving org-level impact through high-leverage systems and technology adoption. At Coinbase, I led efforts to bring AI into the core of how engineering teams operate. I started by leading AI Acceleration across the organization—identifying high-impact use cases and driving adoption of AI-assisted workflows across engineering. As this work scaled, I transitioned to lead the AI Platform team, building the infrastructure and systems needed to operationalize these capabilities across the company. This experience reinforced a core focus of mine: Helping organizations adopt new paradigms (like AI) and translating them into scalable systems, teams, and workflows. My background includes deep experience in algorithms and systems (PhD in wireless communications), which I’ve applied across distributed systems, ML, and large-scale infrastructure at companies like Google and Qualcomm.
