Perform comprehensive quality assurance (QA) and functional testing of consumer electronics and IT peripherals including Speakers, LED TVs, Laptops, Servers, CCTV, DVR systems, and other devices. Conduct hardware and software testing to verify product stability, performance, and compliance with industry and internal quality standards. Execute bug reporting, root cause analysis, and provide feedback to design and R&D teams for continuous improvement. Validate product performance under different environmental and electrical conditions to ensure durability and reliability. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product Design, Firmware, Production, and R&D for product enhancement and final release readiness. Create and maintain test reports, documentation, test plans, and logs for internal auditing and customer assurance. Actively participate in pre-production sample evaluations and provide detailed insights on improvements before mass production. Contribute to the optimization of testing procedures and automation efforts to improve time-efficiency and accuracy. Engage in benchmarking competitor products to ensure Zebronics’ offerings are competitive in quality and performance.

In this company they offered me hand on experience on PCB board soldering and relay connections.All the Active and passive devices connection that are to be soldered and testing of those Final board soldering.

I visited here as an intern they tought us about the electrical connections that are present in the hybrid industries,home appliances like star connection , delta connection etc. I worked here as a intern learn about the hand-on experience on the star connections that are provided in the home appliances.

I completed my B.E-Electronics and Communication Engineering as a graduate in R.M.K Engineering College as a 2024 passout student and I'm currently working as a Technical Engineering in Zebronics India pvt ltd.
