Based on the experience of setting up HR ops for Ivanti India, was promoted to HR Business Partner who is responsible for all employee engagement, compensation & benefits , performance management & other HR activities.

As an early hire at Ivanti India during the startup phase of the development center. I was required to close business criteria requirements, create an employer brand at top technical colleges of India and also, establish & manage foundational HR ops processes for the center.

I lead the Talent Acquisition process for 3 of HP India's Business Units. This required me to oversee TA for positions from campus hiring to middle management - covering technical & non technical roles

I was part of the initial hire for HP India Strategic sourcing team responsible for EMEA and APAC region. We supported various business teams based out EMEA and APAC on their talent requirements by sourcing candidates from various databases.

I got an opportunity to build software product development capabilities at Microsoft Corporation's Redmond team through Aditi Technologies. Majority of my hires were for SDETs -Software Design Engineer in TEST and STEs- Software Test engineers at Microsoft. It was an end to end responsibility - sourcing, offer negotiations and onboarding.

While doing my PGDBA, I decided to move into the Human Resource domain. Wenger & Watson offered me an opportunity to be IT recruiter. Learnt various sourcing strategies including headhunting -added more than 500+ profiles as headhunter into the candidate database of W&W. During this stint, I learnt the importance of the recruiter trust by being a career advicer to a candidate and a talent adviser to the client. By the end of the two year stint, I was managing a team based out of Bangalore responsible for closing product company requirements across India.

After completing a professional program in event management, I was part of Hallmark Events and Encore Events as a key member of the Operations team. I learnt to manage team who were responsible for logistics of the event, manage cost as per the agreed event budget and then identify, contract & manage vendors and artists.
