Rohan Sikri

Rohan Sikri is Managing Partner at The Xander Group. Based in Singapore, he is also CEO and CIO of Xander Investment Management, the PERE arm of the group, which currently manages over US$ 2.4 billion in AUM. Mr. Sikri chairs the investment committees for all Xander fund vehicles, and the credit committee for Xander Finance. In 2005, he co-founded Xander’s India investment foray, overseeing a diverse US$ 1.5 billion equity investment program spanning office, retail, hotels, residential, and industrial real estate across direct acquisitions, development partnerships, and platform joint ventures. The portfolio has seen profitable realizations exceeding ~US$ 1.6 billion, and continues to deliver value. In 2010, he co-founded Xander Finance, the group's credit platform, where he has served as Chairman of the board for over a decade. He established the group’s Office core plus strategy in 2014, which attracted capital from global pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, and other financial institutions. The strategy has progressively grown to 9 million square feet and US$ 1.1 billion in AUM. In 2019, Mr. Sikri initiated the group’s industrial real estate strategy, via a joint venture with an established European financial institution, which presently comprises an US$ 250 million pan-India portfolio of logistics and industrial assets. He is also a board member of Virtuous Retail South Asia Pte. Ltd., a Singapore-based retail/ lifestyle developer-owner-operator formed in 2016 as a joint venture between Xander Retail Partners and a European institutional investor. From 1999 to 2005, Mr. Sikri was with CBRE, initially part of the Strategic Consulting Group, later leading the corporate finance practice. More recently, on the philanthropic front, he contributed towards establishing the Urban Land Institute’s National Council in India. He presently chairs the council, engaging key stakeholders in Indian real estate aligned with ULI’s global mission. He also serves on the ULI APAC executive committee, and as a ULI Global Governing Trustee.
