As a Technical Recruiter at ObjectWin, I manage the full-cycle recruitment of tech talent for various clients across the US(Aerospace, Defense, Engineering, and Manufacturing). I source and screen candidates from multiple platforms and databases, such as Monster, Career Builder, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Dice, Nexxt, and Bullhorn, and coordinate interviews, assessments, and placements. I have a Bachelor's degree from Jiwaji University and a strong knowledge of US tax terms and benefits, such as W2, C2C, and 1099. I also maintain a detailed database of candidates and their status and build professional relationships with them. I am motivated by finding the right fit for both the candidates and the clients, and providing excellent service and communication throughout the process.
