Day to day maintenance and operation controlling of Winder, Godet, Pneumatics instruments and Mechanical failures. - Responsible for the Preventive, Predictive, Shutdown and Breakdown Maintenance to keep all machinery In healthy conditions. - Responsible for maintain & update the documents of the plant as per company and ISO guidelines, SMP preparation, maintaining logbook, root cause analysis, check sheet, Maintain consumption of item, costing, Modification drawings and PPT etc., - Controlled inventory of critical spares in coordination with the Materials department. - Ensured housekeeping, safety compliance, and 5S implementation. - Responsible for independently shift handling and job assigning to technicians and breakdown attending during shift. - Supported automation maintenance and modifications in POY and FDY plants. - Conducted customer site visits for inspection, troubleshooting, and technical support. - Involving in plant commissioning and modification activities. - Maintained and serviced Barmag winders (ACW, ACW NG, I-QOON, Wing POY).,
