-Managing a range of preferred suppliers, developing positive supplier relationships aligned to business. -Purchasing of various electrical and mechanical items across the PAN India and global market -Lead role in component and material procurement to include supplier selection, price benchmarking and price negotiation for production and associated deployment works -Interfacing with Sales, Production, Quality and Store Dept. for completion of overall operation cycle of Product. -Lead role in supplier relationship management including contract negotiation, monitoring supplier performance, volume leverage and total cost management objectives and ensure adherence to contractual commitments. -Obtaining quotes for transportation and also making cost comparisons. To be fins out the various customers for logistics of materials. -Conduct studies of material costs and supplier services and recommend changes in purchasing procedures to improve service and/or reduce cost -Continuous improvement of the processes within the supply chain through identifying and implementing improvement opportunities

-Responsible for overseeing and tracking all development activities for the assigned project, and ensuring timely completion. Coordinating the activities and resources of engineers, programmers, technicians, drafting and manufacturing to complete a project. -Respond to and resolves inquiries and complaints regarding engineering projects. Provide technical direction, project management, and assistance to developers, consultants, outside agencies and engineering staff regarding projects. -Consults with engineering staffs in other disciplines to evaluate interface between hardware, mechanical design and software, along with operational and performance requirements of overall system. -Provide engineering support for post-production issues. Performs research, analyzes findings; prepares recommendations for project planning needs.
