Conduit is the AI command center for your entire factory floor, operating primarily in the USA. I am the Team Lead for the web Frontend team of Virgin Connect Roam. I rebuilt the Virgin Connect Roam (VCR) website in our modern stack of NextJS 15 App Router, React Server Components, TypeScript, Tailwind. The legacy VCR website ran on flutter web. You can visit the new website I built at roam.virginconnect.com. I am now working at creating a consolidated modern tech stack for all frontend projects at the company allowing a seamless developer experience for large teams.

Third promotion in a span of less than 2 years at a company that had a stated policy not to do promotions unless someone performed extraordinarily.

*Position Details* Within 9 months of joining, I was promoted two levels up from the level I joined the company at due to exceptional performance and ownership. At my employer, the role "Software Engineer 1" is equivalent to what is usually titled "Software Engineer E3/Level 3" at other companies. *Work* I am working full stack in a team of around 10 engineers, while leading the frontend team of three engineers. Our frontend application is a NextJS 14 typescript app using App Router. Our backend is a NestJS-Postgres app deployed on AWS. We are employing trunk-based development to increase agility and are delivering stable features at high pace while ensuring a good balance between speed and quality.

Worked full stack in the learner experience team which ships features to millions of learners on educative.io and devpath.com. Have worked on features including search, projects, enterprises, etc. Took ownership by voluntarily documenting undocumented parts of the codebase.

The company shut down 3 months after I signed the contract

3 Cohorts of a Web Development Course for Programmers exclusively to LUMS CS Students. Collective alumni count of the course is ~150.

CS100: Computational Problem Solving is the introductory CS100 programming course offered at LUMS, taught by Professor Shafay Shamail.

Course CS200: Object Oriented Programming in C++ Part of team of 15 TAs and voluntarily took a lead role, managing records, tutorials, labs, and coursework. Class of roughly 150 students.
