Most recently worked as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach at IAG working in a Scaled Agile Framework. Recently worked as an Agile Business Analyst at two of New Zealand's major banks, in both the technology space with ASB and Xero and then subsequently in the business process re-engineering field at Westpac. I am also a qualified Scrum Master (Scrum.org - PSM I and PSM II) and have mentored/managed teams both at ASB and Westpac. Prior to working as an Agile BA I was previously employed as Technical Analyst at ASB and I have been involved in Software development for over 25 years. During part of that time I worked with a small startup that meant I was exposed and undertook all aspects of the software development lifecycle from pre-sales, analysis, development, testing, installation, customer support and emergency fault fixing.
