I am the CEO and Partner at Robilant.Holding the role of General Manager since 2016 and Creative Director since 2008, I have spearheaded the agency’s evolution into a modern, holistic consultancy. I introduced new branding areas, including communication, digital, and retail, creating an integrated offering tailored to our clients’ wish to be guided across every brand application area. Specializing in Brand Strategy, Visual Identity, Packaging Design, and Retail Branding, I have collaborated with international brands and Italian icons, developing innovative solutions for ever-evolving challenges. My approach rejects creativity for its own sake, favoring a thoughtful practice of listening and enhancing the authentic stories of the companies I work with. I am a frequent speaker at conferences and seminars and collaborate with universities and training institutions to help shape the next generation of branding professionals. My vision blends creativity, ethics, and value, aiming to inspire meaningful growth. My passion for branding also drives me to write articles and columns. This commitment gave birth to ROB - Reflections on Branding, a coloumn where I share ideas and insights shaped by years of experience.
