*  Responsible for processing of the ff: (using AS400 Join System) *  Sales orders and Purchase orders issuance *  Verification of S.O. /P.O. *  P.O. Liquidation under Loan *  Back-Orders Monitoring *  Free DR Issuance *  Loan DR Issuance *  Direct Invoicing *  Manual DR Issuance *  Secure / Checking of DR issued before confirmation. *  Frequent Communication to Dealer Coordinators, Accounting, Warehouse and Logistics. *  Handling and monitoring of stocks reservations and stocks availability. *  Monitoring of Sales Order Status and frequent submission of reports to General Manager, National Sales Manager, concerned DC and AR

*  Introduces our brand to store owners/merchandisers for a possible entry of our company as a regular concessionaire in their store. *  Communicates with business partners/retail store managers, ensuring our company’s position and interest in the store is intact and at the best interest of our company. *  Creates sales forecast, controls retail price of merchandise/products to ensure salability and allocates stocks for a faster flow of items in our stores. *  Do market research in what could be the next possible fashion trend and works closely with designers and suppliers at where we could be more competitive with other brands. *  Hires and trains sales personnel, ensuring that they are well informed about our merchandise and on how to deal with different customers. *  Directly reports to Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer *  Performs other tasks and functions that may arise from time to time
