Atuamos como Supervisor de Supply Chain gerenciando uma equipe de 5 pessoas com foco no objetivo apresentado pela organização. As metas solicitadas foram alcançadas e finalizamos esta administração com um time bem integrado e motivado. Nossas principas tarefas foram: definição de KPIs reais e antingiveis, job descriptions atualizados, consolidação da demanda de produtos e serviços , implementação de contratos e price list. Objetivo foco em questão aplicava-se em negociação para redução de custos e gerenciamento de projetos.
