As a Supply Chain professional at Shell, I contribute to the strategic and operational management of Brazil’s most prominent deepwater assets—Tupi, Iracema, and Mero—operated by Petrobras. Although Shell is not the operator, we play a critical role as a consortium partner, ensuring that our interests are safeguarded and that value is maximized across the supply chain. My role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders and consortium partners to support procurement strategies and contract management.

Responsible for all Supply Chain activities related to Onshore Renewable Power Infrastructure of Shell in Brazil such as Procurement, Planning, International/Local Logistics, Importation, Customs Clearance and Materials Management.

Provide leadership and direction for the Materials and Inventory Management function for Shell Brasil Upstream. Develop and execute Materials Strategy, Inventory Management policies and procedures in support of Shell Brasil project and operation teams. Accountable for the effective Management of all Shell Brazil Material and Inventory operation including Repetro requirements/controls. Ensuring that agreed service levels with the business is met and that all yard and Warehouse operations managed in line with HSSE Requirements and Goal Zero aspiration.

COLOMBIA AND MEXICO: Procurement strategy development for Logistic Category in line with Shell global standards for Colombia and Mexico. Supplier and Market development in both counties to meet Shell future needs. Logistic Contracts: Aviation, Vessel, Onshore supply base and warehouse. BRAZIL: Inventory planning - short and long term plans to ensure adequate internal storage and movement strategy. Cost Management - Logistic Service Provider cost control and contract Management. Surplus Management – inventory reduction through selling to another organization or reusing in other internal projects in the world; REPETRO Materials Control through new tool and process (SAP and Non-SAP). Responsible for coordinating continuous improvement in Materials Management processes through LEAN concept including: Inbound process review in order to reduce wastes and late payments to suppliers; road transport redesign in line with Brazilian fiscal requirements in order to reduce costs and Health, Safety and Environmental exposure; Material registration and Movement process simplification; Automation of rental tool and Consignment material control in SAP; Automation of Cargo Manifest and Backload in SAP; Development of KPIs and forums to analyze the results.

Responsible for coordinating low risk procurement process in Latin America and managing contracts of construction, Real Estate, Environmental Services, HR, IT and Travel in Brazil, Colombia, Venezuela and Mexico. Supervision of buyers in Brazil and in Mexico. Assistance in the implementation of Raizen (New Joint Venture of Shell), as Focal Point for Corporate Contracts. Lean concept implementation in Latin America contracts: Reduction of the number of vendors, contract consolidation, reduction of on time contracts and internal procurement webpage creation. Implementation of contracts with web stores as a solution for small procurement processes of electronic equipment and office products. Procurement Policy redevelopment. Supporting in the trading house implementation for low cost/risk procurement processes. Support in Corporate Card Contract review and implementation. Member of a global project to identify gaps/issues in the corporate contracting & procurement organization.

Corporate procurement strategy development following Shell global standards. Management of suppliers, contracts and savings in Real Estate Category. Responsible for all procurement processes of construction, infrastructure, Civil Work, electrical systems, cleaning services, security, doorman service and other contracts. Online bid creation. Assistance in global contracts implementation for Latin America. Global member of Shell´s Real Estate team.

Analyzing and providing relevant management information for the global Shell travel team to consolidate global demand for 24 countries and to negotiate with specific airlines, hotels, car and travel agencies. Global member of a project team in the development of a tool to consolidate global travel information.
