Acting role for Consumer Talent Acquisition Team, being involved in the full recruitment lifecycle of over 80+ external hires for the Employee Services Organization.

Five months period Acting role for Alexa Recruiting, being involved in 150 external hires. Tasks performed involved:  Used ATS such as iCIMS and Amazon Hire for tracking and managing candidates.  Reviewed over 1000 candidate resumes.  Over 200 english phone screens to candidates.  Offer extensions for L2 positions.  Created Background Check and Onboarding tickets for new hires.  Assessments review mostly for L2 candidates in High Volume Hiring using Excel.

In charge of Mondelez and Kraft Heinz accounts as Project Manager for their respective Semi Annual Asset Inventories.

Second level of IT remote support team specialized in Windows environments, associated technologies and software. Work involved working with registry keys, Windows drivers, installation issues, thorough troubleshooting steps, extensive ticket documentation and ticket dispatching when needed. Also worked as the team’s point of contact with other regions and management, which included delivering reports of quality, feedback and overall results. During this period, quality and feedback processes reviewed and improved within the group and First Level of Support.
