Throughout my Work life I have worked in a variety of fields including Human Resources from 2009 to 2012 and as a Bank Manager from 2012 to 2018 in Brazil. Since January 2019 I have been living in Melbourne, Australia. I studied English for six months and currently hold the Ielts and Cambridge CAE English Proficiency Certificate. I am currently studying Certificate III in Commercial Cookery at Academies Australasia Polytechnic. I will also do Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery, Diploma and Advanced-Diploma of Hospitality Management, concluding by October/2021. I am looking forward to working in restaurants and/or Hotels as a Cook or Accomodation/Hotel operations in order to develop my skills.
