To guide and trained newly joined Surveillance Personnel and introduce proper Surveillance Standard Operating Procedures. Performs the duties of a Surveillance Shift Supervisor and other task as designated or assigned by the Surveillance Manager.

* Regular monitoring of CCTV equipment. * Supervise, train, evaluate, and schedule staffs on assigned shift. * Review tapes and complete reports in timely and professional manners. * Ensure all logs are detailed and accurate. * Maintain strict confidentiality at all time. * Provide immediate, accurate and professional assistance to other department as needed.

* To monitor games, casino patrons and other casino staff. * Monitor table win/loss result and shuffling monitoring, slot soft/hard counts, checking fill and credit on every table and other cage duties. * To protect companies assets and to uphold the integrity of gaming. * Servicing of cameras, videocassette recorders, and other CCTV equipment.
