I am a Registered Counsellor (HPCSA PRC 0012300) in Private Practice. My training is in the field of trauma counselling; during my training I served part time at a Child and Youth Care Centre and with a telephone counselling and rape crisis service. My academic qualifications are BTh (UNISA), Hons BA Psych (UNISA) with B Psych accreditation in 2010 through UNISA. Apart from my Psychology training I hold a Masters Diploma in Light Current Engineering (M. Dip. Tech, Technikon Natal) and the Advanced Business Program (ABP, Technikon Natal). Until recently I worked in the field of Information Technology as a Specialist Technical Consultant for Business Connexion at KZN Department Of Transport, the State Information & Technology Agency, and the uMgungundlovu District Municipality; prior to this I worked in the IT and Instrumentation Engineering fields at Hulamin (Hulett Aluminium). During my early career I spent a period working at The Natal Witness as a Press Photographer.
