This includes responsibility for hyperbaric operations, personnel, budget, reimbursement, and performance improvement, with a dedicated focus on professional and community referral development. I also serve as the Center's HBO Safety Director and responsible for ensuring the safe and effective operations of the hyperbaric chambers and related support systems. I provide leadership and safety training to department personnel and ensure that we are in compliance with national standards.
