Responsible for Ausnutria China Product Innovation and NPD pipeline management, Quality center management, Oversea supply Chain management, and Australian & New Zealand Operations management

Responsible for Ausnutria China Quality management, Oversea supply management (S&OP, international logistic, sourcing and purchasing, Continues improvement and support), and Australian & New Zealand Operations management

To manage Production sites’ Operations in Ausnutria B.V., The Netherland. The same time in charge of global supply chain.

To manage Ausnutria Corporate Supply chain operations: Demand and Supply planning, International logistic, Sourcing, Quality committee and Technical support

Green & Brown field plants build up and Capex management. Successfully managed to get CNCA production license for 2 new plants, and completed validation running for 18 Chinese Infant recipes registration.

Overall management for a large size Infant baby foods production site, with brand "Dumex"

Overall Capex management, and technical support. In Dumex baby foods Shanghai plant, covering spray drying and dry blending & packing process.

Process/Package/Utility project management in Chocolate and Pet foods business. And production manager in a Green manufacturing site.
