Hi, I’m Rocío, an engineer turned business leader, passionate about how technology can create real, scalable impact. With 25+ years in B2B-IT, I’ve led high-impact roles from Key Account Manager to Regional Head of Sales & Partnership across global IT companies, serving 2,000+ clients. I’ve built teams, led cross-border projects, and thrived in fast-paced, multicultural environments. I hold a double degree MBA from EGADE Business School and Yale School of Management, complemented by an academic exchange at Koç University in Istanbul. I hold a degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Tec de Monterrey in Mexico, including a semester abroad at Université de Poitiers in France and a Master’s in Innovation from RWTH Aachen in Germany. In 2018, I moved to Germany after riding a motorcycle across Latin America and Europe, an adventure that shaped my entrepreneurial mindset and taught me to build from scratch, embrace change, and solve problems with limited resources. Today, I serve as COO at SECJUR, where I lead Customer Operations and Compliance Services. My focus is turning strategy into execution, designing systems that enable teams to perform consistently, customers to progress predictably, and organizations to grow with confidence. I work best where technology, people, and accountability intersect, and where execution is treated as a discipline, not a buzzword.
