- Generating mine plans on 6 to 18-month planning horizon for the annual budget and quarterly forecasts, as well as, 10-year plan and LOM - Establishing performance metrics after coordination with stakeholders including operations - Creating and documenting pit and dump designs - Performing periodic reconciliation of scheduling parameters and haul network - Creating scope, cost and quantity estimates for development projects - Supporting the annual reserve and resource reporting by performing pit optimizations - Participating in updates to the annual mining fleet strategy - CP reserves for LSX/ASX, SEC and TSX reserve and resource reporting - Assembly of documents for government reporting, including Operational Plans and Annual reports - Managing a team of P.Eng and EIT (5 team members)

I worked with the mine planning, geology and survey teams to ensure effective implementation of the latest mine plans and improvement projects for Koolyanobbing, Windarling and Jackson operations (8 open pits all together). My main duties included: - Providing the operation with a weekly operations schedule for drill, blast and excavation sequencing, - Participating to the daily meeting with production and technical services to deliver work instructions for the next 36 hours, - Creating or modifying designs for Pits, Waste landforms and Drill & Blast Patterns, - Various project works (haul cycle analysis, development of a waste dump scheduling, ROM designs, etc.)

As Ouaco Mining Engineer, my main duties were as follows: - Short term planning and open pit design work, annual budget estimation of ore and waste, - Supervision of the Extraction, Geology; and Environmental teams, - Scheduling of the week open pits activities, - Mine organisation according to the long term planning with respect to safety and environmental considerations,

My work included the preparation of Erosion and Sediment Control (ESC) plans and Construction Environmental Management Plans (CEMPs). I also supervised contractors and provided instructions regarding erosion and sediment control for earthworks activities: site inspections, audits, etc.

I managed the activities of Scantech sales representatives in my territories, coordinated the preparation of proposals, bids and tenders. I also assisted with the coordination, planning and execution of trade shows. I assisted with scoping projects for modifying existing products or developing new products to improve market acceptability and sales.

I was involved in an important remediation project in a Brisbane suburb where a leak occurred in an oil pipeline.
