· Management of Demand Planning, S&OP, Inventory Control, MRP and PPC areas. · Acting in corporate scope, encompassing all 4 production units, located in Jaguariúna, Hortolândia, Manaus and Brasília (EMS, Germed, Nova Química and Legrand brands) · Operation with 2.500 SKUs (solid, semi-solid, liquid and injectable) and production of 70MM units/month. · Member of the S&OP Committee; interface with internal leadership to consolidate information, synchronize initiatives, introduce/discontinuity of products. · Monitoring set of KPIs, promoting adjustments/calibrations aiming at maximizing performance. · Conducting feasibility studies for: new control models, KPIs and processes; continuous improvement programs, inventory optimization, mitigation of disruption and cost reduction. · Application of methodologies, such as: Kaizen, Kanban, 5S, PDCA, A3, Root Cause, Ishikawa Model, among others. · Selection and definition of service providers (production outsourcing) in situations of increased demand x restriction of own production; performance monitoring and SLAS. · Interaction with top management to present results and metrics, approve projects/programs, investment needs/priorities and strategic direction. · Reporting to the Operations Director; team of 15 professionals (2 Coordinators).

· Responsible for Production Planning and Control activities; volume analysis, provision of inventory and supplies (3.000 SKUs); application of MPS and MRP tools. · Acting across 20 production lines of the plant; operation with 720 SKUs (solid, semi-solid, liquid, injectable and eye drops) · Operation with production of 23MM units/month and distribution to countries located in Latin America and in Caribbean. · Monitoring of metrics and KPIs; elaboration of the production plan, performance monitoring and analysis of alternatives aiming to increase precision, efficiency and reduce costs. · Interface with Commercial, Production, Quality, Logistics, Regulatory and New Products areas. · Control of inventory levels considering expiration dates determined by ANVISA and other’s countries regulations. · Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager; team of 7 professionals.

· Performing a dual-role, working with both SANOFI and MEDLEY product lines (recently acquired company). · SANOFI; responsible for the PPC activities of 8 production lines, including 230 SKUs; application of MPS and MRP tools, provision of inventory and supplies; elaboration of production plan and alternatives to improve precision. · MEDLEY; S&OP activities focused on customers attendance; interaction with Commercial and Production areas for demand consolidation, inventory management (raw materials and finished products), production monitoring and delivery levels; adequacy of SANOFI's policies and procedures within MEDLEY's operation. · Reporting to the Supply Chain Coordinator.

· Production planning activities for production lines of injectable and semi-solid products (95 SKUs). · Statistical control of inventory of inputs and packaging (400 SKUS) and finished products; responsible for MPS and MRP activities; production planning and control. · Analysis of inventory safety levels; monitoring expiring dates in accordance to ANVISA regulations. · Interface with Commercial area to consolidate demand information and elaboration of production plan. · Participation in S&OP meetings; statistical calibration and analysis of sales information x short, medium and long terms production (1 week, 1 month, 6 months and 5 years).

· Acting in project concerning transferring between factories; decommissioning of plants in Latin America to the Suzano plant. · Application of MPS and MRP tools for efficiency in production planning. · Analysis and verification of ANSIVA requirements together with suppliers of raw materials and packaging located in Brazil, Germany, China and India.

· Participation in projects related to logistics network optimization and restructuring (inbound, warehousing and outbound). · Analysis of scenarios, processes, dimensioning of volumes and costs involved; preparation of feasibility studies, alternatives and recommendations. · Key customers: Sadia, Coca-Cola (Femsa and Andina) and Whirlpool (Brastemp and Consul).
