Recruited and scheduled a volunteer security team of 100 across four different campuses. Prepared and conducted training presentations for volunteer security team and church staff members regarding safety, security, and emergency preparedness. Maintained a social networking site for the security team to communicate and share ideas. Conducted bidding for and maintained service contracts. Maintained the upkeep of four facilities. Handled all communications and invoices pertaining to contracted service providers. Created policies and procedures for security team functions. Operated bridge cranes with capacities up to 150 tons for the construction of nuclear powered aircraft carriers and attack submarines. Completed detailed crane lift plans consisting of mathematical formulas to factor weight, sling angle, center of gravity, hook height, proper lifting gear, and more. Acted as lead crane rigger to oversee and conduct lifting operations safely. Conducted aircraft and flight deck firefighting, rescue, and salvage operations. Conducted physical security and anti-terrorist counter-surveillance duties as an in port watch station. Attained certification as a fire fighter I and hazardous materials responder through the Commonwealth of Virginia Fire Services Board. Supervised the daily activity of fire fighting crews in both normal flight operations and emergency incidents. Completed training of fire fighting and rescue crews and conducted evaluations of performance. Updated and maintained technical publications library. Created training publications. Oversaw the maintenance and upkeep of firefighting and rescue equipment and ships spaces.
