Rob Posner

Robert Posner is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of NewDay USA and CEO of Chrysalis Holdings, LLC. He founded NewDay USA in 1998 based on his passion for helping veterans own their own homes. Posner is the architect of the company’s information technology and risk assessment analytics strategy that has democratized access to mortgage credit for veterans. He has also developed the industry’s first training and licensing program with NewDay USA University, training and certifying the next generation of mortgage bankers. Today, he has built NewDay USA into one of the nation’s leading VA mortgage lenders to serve Veteran families. Posner is also the Founder of the NewDay USA Foundation, which focuses on assisting military veterans and their families in need. He is an advocate for social good and has created a corporate culture and company environment that values community service and volunteerism. Posner is a serial entrepreneur, starting his career in the construction industry, developing two companies into money-making machines before founding NewDay USA. Rob serves on the Board of Directors for the US Chamber of Commerce’s Center for Capital Markets Competitiveness, and the Ed Snider Center for Enterprise and Markets.
