Growing from 20 to 35Mio Euro revenue. * Driving the strategy development and rollout of new control tower-solutions for inbound, warehousing, outbound transport. Growing existing business, adding new services by further integrating with customer e.g revenue management, project potfolio management, carbon reporting. * Leading teams in customer service, freight management & procurement and engineers/analysts, for multiple customers. • Develop and implement organizational & IT-strategy for Control tower (transport management) • P&L responsible with focus on growth, operational efficiency, procurement • Inbound & outbound transport of 40Million freight spend from multiple warehouses • Managing 2 teamleads and indirect 30 FTE on multiple locations

• Leading and developing pan European transportation management and warehouse contracts. • End-responsible for overall contract performance: profit & loss, operational execution and customer relations. • Strong focus on realizing cost out-savings and process improvements, exceeding budgets. • Working with customers in divers supply chains environments from industrial manufacturing, chemicals to fast moving consumer goods.

• Roll out supplier review program for 50+ carriers with managed spend of 75 MIO Euro for different transport modes such as hazardous, pharma, temperature controlled transports. • Supplier review program for road transport: quality audits, carrier performance and compliance reviews.

• Managing pan European transport management contracts in chemical industry • End-responsible for profit & loss contracts • Realizing above target cost-out savings year-on-year

• Operational responsibility for 2 transport contracts in bulk chemicals • Management of dedicated container pool • Direct reports 2 planners and 2 on-site operators (France)
