As the CTO at All Blue Solutions I'm responsible for worldwide technology operations, product development, leadership and skills development. I work closely with our customers’ CTO's and senior executives ensuring delivery of best-of-breed solutions which meet their changing needs. BlueMSP, the most comprehensive managed service provider for IBM Software was a project I championed and continue to lead. I have achieved both my CISA and PMP certifications as well as mainframe certifications. I also hold certifications across a wide range of IBM distributed software including security, information management, and analytics.

I provided technical and business consulting to clients including design, installation, configuration, implementation, development, migration, modifications and support using Guardium,DB2, SQL Warehousing Tool, Cognos, WebSphere Application Server and WebSphere MQ. We worked on PCI, HIPPA, ISO 27001,SOX implementation for multiple clients in different verticals and securing infrastructure and meeting customer security requirements

Primary DB2 DBA for TD's Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) and Anti-Money Laundering application (AML) and other system on AIX and Linux. I was also responsible for db2 audit remediation. Just before leaving was promoted to Level 10 (IT manager) in a role which was to be a production team lead for DB2 for z/OS, IMS, and DB2. Although I decided to turn down the role and take up a position at One Point Solutions (where I had sub-contracted for a long time) as the role provided a range of new challenges and greater quality of life.

I worked on a wide variety of projects which allowed me to integrate different software in client environments. Developed DB2 Performance tuning tools for Linux, Unix and Windows Providing consulting services for installation, migration, and performance tuning DB2 systems Provided teaching on using DB2 to clients

In the early days I was sole developer of a multi-platform (Windows, AIX, Linux, Solaris) SQL Sleuth. The application was an early attempt at full DB2 SQL workload monitoring which provided similar functionality to Appfluent. The application was written in C++ with a web front end in PHP. During this time I was also working as a DB2/Cognos consultant on numerous DB2/DW projects and performance tuning opportunities.
