Many roles fell under the title of Front of House while working at Bittersweet. Along with selling baked goods and serving food at a full-service restaurant, I took orders for signature and custom cakes, answered phones and called customers for follow-ups, and opened the front-of-house almost every day. Additionally, I trained many new co-workers as they were hired in my time working there.

As an Office Assistant in the Conservatory of Music, I worked with the office staff, Dean, and other professors with any necessary projects. Individual job tasks involved answering and directing phone calls, updating gig lists, and emailing patrons of the Conservatory.

Masters degree in music- voice performance. I studied a variety of music and music-related subjects such as Bach's sonatas, music business, 21st century opera performance, voice, and music style and literature. This was supplemented by classes on performing, vocal technique, and opera and concert performances.

Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance. I studied all aspects of music, from sight reading and music history to Bach's counterpoint and modern music. Additionally, I studied all aspects of performing, taking singer's diction in 5 different languages and performing in each as well as taking acting classes.
