After graduating from a small college with a degree in business, I found my way into recruiting through a background in hospitality. Working with people taught me how to stay calm under pressure, communicate thoughtfully, and create great experiences - skills that naturally translated into recruiting. As a California native, I’ve always been drawn to energetic, people-first environments and companies with ambitious growth.Today, I’m proud to support hiring at a legacy Pilates manufacturing company known for its craftsmanship.
