Develop productivity analysis and reports for periodical review of the project  Handling Project coordination of construction projects through Planning, Budgeting, Cost control and Procurement management.  Involved in periodical review of Management information System & Progress reports of construction projects.  Handling Contract administration through negotiation & review of contracts as per contract regimes and making preliminary cost estimates for construction & upgradation, Subcontractor invitation, evaluation of proposals & appointment of contractors.  Driving the process of procurement through vendor evaluation ,negotiation & selection & raw material investigation  Monitoring of Cashflow, and CTC through budgeting and cost analysis.  Reviewing the progress of critically low progress projects.
