Responsible for the design, delivery and management of an HR Service Center, supporting approx. 7,000 employees and retirees nationwide on all aspects of human resources, benefits and payroll matters. Developed HR policy and redesigned programs to support corporate strategy. Ensured compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations.
