Lead operations of Gold's Gym Corporate locations in Alabama. Responsible for all aspects of achieving area production targets and all areas of production. Responsible for overseeing the operations, sales and fitness teams and staff at all levels of gym operations. Manages employee performance including, but not limited to, staffing, performance management and individual and team development while maintaining a positive work environment.

Handled all advertising and marketing, operations, sales, and training for the club. Hired, trained and developed all staff members. Organized all sales systems, back office work, payroll and aided in processing of finances.
