I manage the governance of Safety, Security, and Fire Prevention for a complex, high-traffic infrastructure (Meeting Place). My role is to translate the global standards of the Ingka Group (IKEA) into an integrated management system that ensures operational resilience and full compliance (Italian Legislative Decree 81/08, Fire Prevention Code). I have structured the S&S function on 3 methodological pillars, integrating innovation and strategic management: 1. PROACTIVE PREVENTION (Safety by Design & Tech) I manage fire safety compliance and safety in the design phase (Safety by Design), validating new layouts to neutralize risk at the source. This includes implementing new technological solutions (e.g., electronic key management systems) to improve security efficiency and traceability. 2. METHODOLOGY AND STANDARDS (Audit & Competence Development) I lead the audit and inspection programs based on rigorous global Ingka standards. I innovated the tenant audit process by developing an operational checklist based on an academic analysis (university thesis), improving the structure of controls. I also initiated and structured the centre's first S&S internship program, an initiative for developing new specialists trained on our standards, demonstrating innovation in talent development and cost-consciousness. 3. INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT (Crisis & Continuity) A pillar focused on S&S strategic alignment. I have completed the security services tender phase, managing the transition with full operational continuity. I governed the process with a cross-functional technical committee (Procurement, BR&C, Privacy) to align all risks (operational, contractual, compliance). I represent the Safety & Security function to internal and external stakeholders, including strategic dialogue with competent Authorities (Fire Brigade, Control Bodies) and partners.

As a Board Member, I work for the strategic promotion and official oversight of the "Tecnico della Prevenzione" (TdP) profession in the Friuli Venezia Giulia region, a role governed by Italian law (D.M. 13 March 2018). My mandate focuses on two key impact areas: ▪️ Professional Ethics & Standards: I contribute to defining ethical standards and oversee the professional accreditation and registration (albo) processes. Alongside members from other regional boards, I co-authored guidelines on fair compensation (Equo Compenso), a critical step in ensuring proper professional recognition for TdPs operating in the private sector. ▪️ Private Sector Focus & Integrated Prevention: I bring the specific perspective of TdPs working in corporate and consulting environments to the Board. My objective is to champion the TdP's role as the "prevention orchestrator": a multidisciplinary professional capable of integrating diverse technical specializations (Occupational Safety, Environment, HACCP) into a single, effective, and business-sustainable management system.

As an External RSPP (Italian Head of OHS) and technical consultant, I managed comprehensive HSE and Food Safety compliance for small and medium-sized enterprises across a wide range of ATECO (business) sectors. This role was fundamental in developing the cross-functional risk management expertise that I now apply in complex corporate environments. My primary responsibilities were focused on three areas: ▪️ Technical Management (RSPP): Held the external RSPP appointment for multiple sectors, conducting comprehensive Risk Assessments (incl. Chemical, Ergonomics/Manual Handling, Work-Related Stress), developing Emergency Plans, and managing all mandatory compliance. ▪️ Systems & Auditing: Implemented and conducted first-party audits for safety management systems (OHSAS 18001 and UNI ISO 45001), supporting companies through the certification process. ▪️ Training & HACCP: Designed and delivered qualified training (over 790 documented hours in '16-'18) for OHS (Occupational Health & Safety) and Food Safety (HACCP).

In parallelo all'attività professionale, ho ricoperto il ruolo di allenatore per le categorie "Piccoli Amici" e "Primi Calci". Questa esperienza ha compreso la pianificazione di programmi formativi (obiettivi educativi, tecnici e motori) e il coordinamento operativo e comunicativo tra staff tecnico, dirigenti e famiglie.

Esperienza in ufficio tecnico, focalizzata sulla preventivazione, progettazione di layout tecnici (AutoCAD) e assistenza tecnica al cliente in fase di progettazione.

Ruolo tecnico focalizzato sulla redazione di documentazione complessa di macchinari (manuali d'uso, schede tecniche, manuali funzionali PLC) e sulla revisione di disegni tecnici in AutoCAD 2D (schemi idraulici, pneumatici).

Attività di stage in laboratorio R&D focalizzata sul collaudo di prototipi (prove su componenti) e sulla redazione di relazioni tecniche di certificazione.

Corso di laurea professionalizzante (Professione Sanitaria - TdP) focalizzato sulla metodologia di valutazione del rischio, sull'interpretazione normativa e sull'approccio multidisciplinare alla prevenzione (SSL, Sicurezza Alimentare, Ambiente).
