• Introduced and industrialized composite repair of the Bearing No.1 Air/Oil Seal (5B/7B 72-22-11) saving up to $100K per part. • Streamlined honeycomb replacement of the HPT Inner Stationary Seal (5B/7B 72-41-03), achieving savings of approximately $56K per part. • Developed thermal spray repair for the Aft Post Edge on the 5B Fan Disk (72-21-03), reducing overhaul costs by a minimum of $10K and cutting turnaround time from 90 days to an average of 45 days. •Developed the honeycomb replacement repair of the HPT Inner Nozzle Support (5B/7B 72-51-07 R002 and R005), increasing the repair portfolio and saving the company at least $10K per repaired part. • Implemented a ticket-based operational system for the Metallurgical Laboratory creating a complete visibility of Lab Technicians work, formalizing their KPIs, with an average TAT of 2 days per ticket. •Revamped the Material Debris Analysis process by bringing the SEM and EDS equipment back into operation saving the company at least 300K in fees paid to external laboratories for the analysis of samples. •Developed a skill system for the Metallurgical Laboratory creating a clear training process, fast tracking the development of current employees and on-boarding of new employees, improving the quality of the work and services provided by the Laboratory.

• Spearheaded a solution for a long-standing Source Approved Repair, achieving commercial success within three months. • Developed a cost-effective spray recipe, reducing repair costs for anti-fretting coatings on fan blades by 45%. • Authored and maintained technical instructions for various metallurgical processes, ensuring successful Nadcap re-accreditation of the Coatings and Heat Treatment commodities with a grand total of 2 NCRs.
