Live Production Chain Management Oversight of Entire Live Production Chain • Managed operations for a large poultry complex processing 1.45 million birds per week. Directed a team of 8 technical service, 2 veterinarians, 1 logistics supervisor, 1 planning supervisor, and 1 feed mill manager. • Coordinated with 328 contract growers, conducting weekly trade union meetings with growers. • Led the construction of over 30 new tunnel-ventilated poultry houses to enhance production efficiency. • Developed the annual budget for the entire live production chain, including feed mill production and weekly plans for bird housing and processing. • Oversaw all aspects of live production and feed mill management, including veterinary operations, production planning, and transport logistics. • Supervised a transportation team of 48 truck drivers managing 18 feed trucks, 26 broiler trucks, and 4 DOC trucks. • Managed feed mill operations producing 12,000 tons of feed monthly with a team of 42 workers. • Delivered weekly and monthly reports to the board of directors, covering technical and financial results across three generations (3G). • Prepared Lean Six Sigma reports to identify and implement operational efficiencies.

Oversaw the entire broiler production chain in two complexes: Uberaba Complex: Processed 825,000 birds weekly. Verissimo Complex: Processed 80,000 free-range broilers weekly. • Led a team comprising 7 technical assistants, 2 veterinarians, 1 logitics supervisor, and 1 planning supervisor, all reporting directly to me. • Managed relationships with 155 contract growers (Uberaba complex) and 35 contract growers (Verissimo complex), including conducting weekly trade union meetings with growers. • Supervised the construction of over 50 new tunnel-ventilated poultry houses, enhancing production capacity and efficiency. • Developed the annual budget for the entire broiler production chain. • Planned weekly schedules for bird housing and processing to ensure smooth operations. • Directed all aspects of broiler management, including veterinary, production planning, and transport logistics. • Managed a transport team of 32 truck drivers responsible for 10 feed trucks, 18 broiler trucks, and 4 day-old chick trucks. • Delivered weekly and monthly reports to the board of directors, covering technical and financial performance. • Prepared detailed Lean Six Sigma reports to drive operational improvements and cost efficiencies.

Veterinary Oversight for Broiler, Parent stock and hatcheries • Managed veterinary services for an integrated poultry complex processing 825,000 small birds (grillers) per week, with all production exported to the Middle East (Saudi Arabia). • Designed and implemented biosecurity programs, animal health protocols, vaccination schedules, and medication programs. • Provided veterinary diagnostics, prescriptions, and solutions for technical issues across: 155 contract growers and 307 broiler farms One feed mill Two hatcheries Two Parent Stock (PS) farms housing 400,000 birds annually. • Achievements Recognized as the Best Poultry Veterinarian in the entire JBS Group in 2015. The award included attendance at the AAAP 2015 Conference in Boston, USA.
