With three decades dedicated to Tax Law, I am a tax partner at Madrona Advogados, specializing in M&A tax structuring, international transactions, and Pillar 2/GloBE. My career includes leading the International Tax Services practice at KPMG Brazil, where I was appointed as a Counselor at GETAP for international tax matters and helped establish the Pillar 2 working group, closely participating in the discussions around Brazil's rules and their impacts. This combination of experiences — legal practice and consulting — allows me to approach tax challenges from multiple angles and develop effective strategies for domestic and international clients in highly complex scenarios.
